- Because we use third-party services to process our payments, we will not be able to process or make any refunds.
- However, these third-party payment partners have their own terms of service and refund policies.
- This does not prevent you from cancelling your subscription at any time. Once you cancel a subscription, you will no longer be billed by us. However, if you cancel a subscription after it becomes due and payment is made, we will be unable to make a refund.
- If you set your payment plan on automatic renewal, please ensure you cancel the payment before the next billing cycle. We will be unable to make a refund if you do not cancel your subscription before your payment is due.
