Learnstar is a product of Learnstar PVT LTD (hereinafter we, us). Learnstar provides a platform for creatives and professionals to learn and improve their skills.
Your use of our services is regulated by this Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy which should be read together. These Terms will be applied fully and effective upon your use of the platform.
By making use of the Platform, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written here. You should not use any of our platforms if you disagree with any of these Terms and conditions.
We reserve the right, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion and may do so at any time, however, we will try to notify you before the changes take effect. By using our services any time after a modification is made, you are agreeing to the modified Terms and Conditions.
Use Of Service
The Learnstar platform is solely for your personal use and no part of the platform should be reproduced or used for commercial purposes. Your registration and subscription on the platform grant you an exclusive, non-transferable, license to access Learnstar’s content and use the platform for learning purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide access to the platform to any person for any reason and/or to discontinue the Service in whole or in part at any time, with or without prior notice.
Minimum Age
The platform is not for use by anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 or the age of minority in your jurisdiction, you must use the platform under the supervision of your parent, legal guardian or a responsible adult.
By using the platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to agree to these Terms
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for your account and should ensure that the information you provide is accurate
- When your information changes, you are to update your information on the platform.
- We do not advise that you disclose any information about your account to anyone. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and identification and will be responsible when you disclose such information to a third party
- You also agree to comply with all applicable privacy, intellectual property, anti-spam, and tax laws, and other regulatory requirements
User's Conduct
You are responsible for how you use the platform and agree to use the Platform lawfully and to act in a way that is neither offensive nor improper. You acknowledge that we and other Platform users may find certain types of content objectionable and agree not to upload, post, publish, or otherwise transmit any of the following types of content that:
- is inaccurate, false, harmful, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, racist, violent, offensive, harassing, or in any other way objectionable to us or other Users of the Platform;

- violates or infringes anyone’s intellectual property rights;
- is meant to bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate any person or
- contains viruses, worms, time bombs, spiders, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other harmful programs vulnerability or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, disrupt, impair, disable destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

You won't attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other User accounts, or any other device, computer system, or network connected to the Platform, or take any action that would compromise any aspect, integrity, security, or operation of the Platform;
You won't use someone else's username, password, or membership, nor will you permit anyone else to do so;
You are not allowed to utilize automated tools (including but not limited to spiders, scrapers, hacking tools, computer programs, bots, or other similar devices) to access, download, or copy any information, content, or materials from the Platform; exploit any data, resources, or content on the platform by reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or reselling it;
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you currently meet and will continue to meet the following eligibility conditions (“Eligibility Conditions”) for as long as you use the Platform:
- you have and will at all times comply with all laws and regulations;
- you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions and to abide by all of the terms and conditions in these Terms and Conditions and where you act on behalf of a minor or an organization, that you do so in good faith and have been so authorized.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property ( trade secrets, patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, codes, logos, know-how, and other proprietary rights) with regard to the use of the platform belongs to Learnstar PVT LTD
After you subscribe, we provide you permission to use the Platform in line with these Terms and Conditions and for the services described above. You acknowledge that you will not, in whole or in part, copy, edit, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, repost, download, transmit, or make derivative works from someone else's content.
You consent not to utilize our Trademarks in connection with any computer- or internet-related products, services, or technology as part of your trademarks, service marks, company names, internet addresses, domain names, or other similar designations.
Except for third party materials used to create content on our platform, we reserve the right to all individual content, modules, articles, and other elements, including all software available on the platform or used to create and operate the platform.

Subscription Fees
To assess content on the platform, users have the option of subscribing to any of our subscription plans which allows for various payment plans.
We use third-party services for payments and you will be required to select a payment plan and provide information regarding your credit card or another payment instrument. Also, note that these third parties have their own Terms and Conditions.
It is your duty to provide information that is accurate and up to date. You guarantee that the information you provide is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument.
You agree to pay us through our third-party partners, the amount that is specified in the payment plan (as well as any applicable taxes) in accordance with the terms of such plan and this Terms and Conditions until you terminate your account.
If you have any dispute concerning our charges, you must inform us within 24 hours after the date that you were charged. However, we do not guarantee any refunds. For more information, please check our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, if you have already renewed your subscription, the change will take effect after the subscription expires. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective and constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.
Account Suspension And Termination
You are free to stop using the platform at any time by deleting your account. However, if you delete your account after you have renewed a subscription that was due, you will not be given a refund.
We may also suspend or terminate your account or your access to all or part of the Service if:
- you materially or repeatedly breach this Agreement;
- we are required to do so to comply with a legal requirement or a court order; or
- we reasonably believe that there has been conduct that creates liability or harm to any user or other third parties.
- Your subscription has expired and you have failed to renew it within a day.

We will make every effort to keep our community as secure as we can, but we won't get involved in any user interactions or comments. Any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages of any type that may develop during or following User interaction are not our responsibility.
